The 2017 refresh of the Santa Fe has new features, new design and the largest vehicle in the Hyundai family. The Santa Fe sport is the 5 seater and the XL offers buyers seating for 7. I can’t believe how much this brand has changed over the years. When I was a young adult, the thought of owning a Hyundai made me cringe. But today, I can not say enough good things about these buys! Standard equipment includes heated seats, bluetooth and cruise control. Luxury features like heated rear seats and gorgeous panoramic sunroof will make anyone smile. I wouldn’t need the 3rd row but it is a nice option to have.
Some of the things I really like:
- Interior layout has very upscale look and feel.
- The increbily smooth 6-speed automatic transmission with SHIFTRONIC manual mode.
- QuantumLogic surround sound, Clari-Fi music restoration, 10 speakers and external amplifer.
A couple of things I am not fond of:
- The 3rd row is very cramped. Wouldn’t recommend it for a large family.
- Would have been nice to see AWD as standard across the line up.
