This has been an incredible journey and most of it has not been good. I had symptoms for at least four years and once the tumour showed up on the MRI I had to wait over six months to have it removed. Dizzy spells, anxiety, head fog, forgetfulness, tingly fingers, headaches and stress that I can not put into words. A part of me didn’t think I would see this day. The day that I felt OK; really OK. To hear the neurosurgeon tell me that the 5cm tumour was out and benign felt like a million pound weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I am at home recovering and resting and healing.
