I have been speaking about my anxiety and I have forgotten to talk about gratitude.  This has been such an important part of dealing with some of personal struggles.  Anxiety gets us worried about the future.  It takes us out of the present moment. We forget about all of the wonderful things in our lives that we should be thankful for.  Writing things down is a great way to solidify things in our minds.
