I think we could all learn to be a bit more happy.  It is easy to fall into sadness.  I know first hand how easy it is to slip into negative feelings. But who really wants to be unhappy?  It took some work, and I still have to make an effort everyday to be happier.  Because sometimes life sucks – but sometimes life is also pretty amazing!  Today I share my three tips to be happier.  A couple simple things that you do every day that will help you be happier in your life.   #1- CHOOSE TO BE HAPPY #2 – BE GRATEFUL #3 STOP COMPARING YOURSELF TO OTHERS –  “The only thing that will make you happy is being happy with who you are, and not who other people think you are.” – Goldie Hawn.
