To my readers…I recently posted a video on my Youtube channel interviewing nurses who are refusing to get the Covid Vaccine. Therefore, they might be loosing their careers in the upcoming weeks. I had to hide their identities. They are still hoping that the government will not want to risk approx 10% of the frontline nurses walking away and having an even larger impact on our health care.
Here is a letter written from someone who has been an RN for over 32 years…
“I have practiced as an RN in BC for over 32 years and feel extremely uncomfortable about the current Covid-19 situation and vaccine mandates. I have worked in a variety of settings over my career and have always taken my responsibility as a patient advocate very seriously. It is important to me that I carefully maintained the principles of informed consent in my care. This is a moral and ethical duty that I have been privileged to maintain and is central to my personal integrity as well.
The vaccine mandates (for any citizen in any role) and passport system both violate the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms
Section 2 – Freedom of Conscience and Religion
Section 7 – Right to life, liberty and security of person and the right to not be deprived thereof except in accordance to the principles of fundamental justice.
Having control over what medical procedures you choose certainly falls under the right to liberty and security of person.
Consent must be informed, voluntary, and must not be obtained through misrepresentation, coercion or fraud. Threatening to remove basic rights or freedoms, and loss of one’s job if one does not undergo an experimental medical procedure is coercion and violates the voluntary principle of consent.
The Nuremberg Code was created after WW2 to prevent medical and/or genetic experimentation on people without voluntary consent, and is still in effect today. This code is being violated now by mandates and passport systems, and the fact that the current mrna vaccines are genetic therapy.
The people who knowingly violate this code, even if they are “just following orders” can be prosecuted.
The PCR test (the results upon which this worldwide pandemic has been declared) is not an appropriate test to detect infectious disease. This has been stated by the inventor of the test, Dr. Mullis. It was recently disclosed by the CDC that the PCR test is unable to differentiate between Covid-19 and the flu. In addition, it’s accuracy depends on the cycle threshold used in processing the sample. Labs have not standardized this aspect of the test execution, nor has the cycle threshold used been disclosed by labs.
Much data has been collected since the beginning of the mass vaccination campaign, and the safety data is not being fully disclosed. It is clear, from evidence collected around the world, that fully vaccinated people can get and transmit Covid-19, which makes the mandates and passports discriminatory. Evidence is also clear that the vaccine induced immunity wanes after 6 months and so in many countries booster shots are required 6 months after full vaccination or your “passport” is invalid and you are considered unvaccinated. How long will the booster program continue?
There has been a massive amount of censorship in the media, resulting in only one side of the story being represented and the other side being ridiculed and discredited.
Anything that disagrees with the government directives is removed from access by the public, no matter if the source is highly reputable experts or peer reviewed science. This act of forbidding open sharing of science and debate among scientists, and physicians subverts the scientific process which is so important for the advancement of safe, effective and successful treatment. Thousands of Physicians sharing their successful treatment of Covid-19, and Scientists sharing peer reviewed research and expertise on vaccine technology, including the inventor of pcr tests, the inventor of mrna technology and career pro-vaccine scientists, have been censored if their communication did not support the government agenda.
The BC College of Nurses and Midwives has forbidden Nurses to promote or share information that is anti-mask anti-vaccine anti-physical distancing or otherwise undermines public health orders. In other words a gag order. Yet the public health orders contradict the professional ethics and standards that I am expected to uphold.
CPSO (physicians in Ontario) have also been forbidden to discuss with their patients anything that contradicts public health orders.
This is a defining moment in my career. I cannot watch the public have their health and personal rights and freedoms violated.
I am compelled by my Nursing Ethics and personal Integrity to stand up for health freedom and voluntary informed consent. I love my job and as stated, I take my professional role as advocate and defender of informed consent very seriously. For the sake of our rights right now and ongoing in the future I cannot be forced to take a medical procedure (which is experimental) nor accept that it is OK for anyone else to be forced to. I do not want to end my career now, but I cannot comply, everyone’s rights are at stake.
Opinion polls consistently rate nursing as the #1 most honest and ethical profession. The public trusts that we will deliver care that is in their best interest and support them in freely choosing what is best for them. I cannot violate this trust by allowing medical procedures to be forced upon people without informed consent and free choice, under threat that basic rights and freedoms will be taken away. I stand for ethical decision making.
Hi Lacey, thank you for sharing this. I know that this is a sensitive subject. My personal stance is that vaccines are important and I do struggle to understand why people are hesitant to accept. I try to keep an open mind and research alternate views to continue learning.
That being said, I would like to point out a fair amount of misinformation that has been shared by the author of the letter. The PCR test has long been used to identify infectious disease and Kary Mullis never said that the PCR was inappropriate for that purpose. The quote used is from an article written by John Lauritsen in December 1996 about HIV and AIDS (not COVID-19) and Lauritsen is not saying that the PCR test doesn’t work, merely that it tests qualitatively not quantitatively (the PCR detects the genetic material of virtues, not the viruses themselves). The idea that the PCR cannot identify the difference between COVID-19 and the flu is also inaccurate. The CDC did change the PCR test for COVID-19 but not because the old one didn’t work … it just took a long time. The original one was accurate and dependable, the newer one (called a multiplex PCR), is just as accurate, just as dependable, but is quicker. The idea that the PCR can’t tell the difference between COVID-19 and influenza shows an unfortunate misunderstanding of how a PCR test works. Lastly, the accuracy of a PCR doesn’t not depend on the cycle threshold (Ct), but on the quality of the sample. Ct is merely the number of PCR cycles needed to detect. A low Ct (less than 30) means that there was more COVID-19 genetic material in the sample. A higher Ct means less genetic material was present. Ct values are not directly comparable from one sample to another and are not recommended to be shared as it leads to misunderstanding of the results.

Thank you for this comment. I am not going to argue with what an RN of over 20 years wrote and have more faith in her comments than most people in my life. Can you tell me, are you a doctor or scientist or something else in the medical field that I should take your comment over that of the nurse that wrote this? And – I would love to know – do you think that she should have lost her job over not getting vaccinated no matter what her medical opinion is regarding all of this?
